Filling out this form does not automatically book This act. It is to start the conversation to book the act.

Any bookings over 100 Miles from Peoria Illinois is required to either book a hotel for the performer or have an additional charge added to compensate for the stay. The Booker may also if they wish, cover travel costs (Driving costs).

Any events/ show bookings that exceed 3 hr travel time, Travel (Gas) will be added to the final invoice (To and from event location)

Any event / show Greater than 6 hour travel, will require Air travel which can either be set up via the Booker, or added to final invoice.

A 50% Down Payment is required upon booking. If booking is cancelled with in 30 days from the event, a full refund of the 50% will be issued. If a cancellation is made past the 30 day make. No refund will be issued.

All booking invoices are subject to change from original quote based on travel / boarding costs.

The invoice must be paid in full, either before the event (digitally) or after the show (Personally).
